The Summit Renovations experience begins with a simple call. After establishing a time that is convenient for you, one of our professionals will come to your home to discuss the desired project. This visit gives us the ability to understand the structural conditions, examine the existing materials and review the mechanical parameters that relate to your project. During the initial meeting, design details and the overall aesthetics are discussed along with the preferred material selections for your project. Construction limitations are discussed, measurements are taken and any architectural plans are reviewed. It is our goal to gather as much information as possible and leave with a firm understanding of not just your vision, but also your concerns about the remodeling process.

 

 

After the initial meeting, if you feel confident with what we have to offer, we will bring your project requirements back to our office and begin designing the space you have envisioned. We will design your new room(s) to maximize available space and improve functionality all to help make your home more efficient and enjoyable. Upon completion of the design process you will be presented with a proposal package to include, sketches, CAD floor plan/3D drawings where appropriate, samples of materials to be used, and an estimate of the anticipated timeline and costs.

 

Once the design plan is approved, the homeowner can sit back and relax with the understanding that Summit Renovations will take every consideration to ensure the comfort and safety of the homeowner is adhered to while remodeling is underway.
